The Program fee is 6 Payments of $999 for the Inner Circle Experience, or 6 Payments of $2222 for the VIP Coaching experience paid over 6 Months (unless otherwise agreed upon another amount). Payments are due on the agreed dates regardless of participation.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

You agree to:

• Show up on time and participate fully in calls and community spaces.

• Respect the confidentiality of other participants.

• Not share program materials, call recordings, or resources with non-members.

I will provide the agreed coaching calls, group sessions, and resources, and maintain confidentiality of your information except where disclosure is required by law.

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, templates, frameworks, documents, videos, audio recordings, call recordings, and other resources provided through this program are the exclusive intellectual property of Alicia Crowder and Mama Bare Natural LLC and are licensed to you for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, share, teach, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise use these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Alicia Crowder or Mama Bare Natural LLC.

Your enrollment grants access to one individual only. Sharing login credentials, recordings, or program materials with others is strictly prohibited.

This program includes both proprietary content created by Alicia Crowder and concepts or techniques licensed or learned through third-party training and certifications. While participants are free to apply what they personally learn, they may not reproduce this curriculum, recordings, proprietary frameworks, or teaching materials, nor use them to teach, coach, facilitate, or create competing educational programs without prior written permission.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest in the Program content, frameworks, methodologies, processes, or proprietary systems. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, teaching, or commercial exploitation of these materials or substantially similar derivatives is prohibited.

I am not a licensed financial, legal, or medical professional. The Program is educational and supportive in nature and does not guarantee results or income. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Bare Natural LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program

I reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms, engages in disrespectful behavior, or fails to make required payments. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
